Whether you live in a classic house with authentic style elements or in a modern interior – at G&G LijstenAtelier you will always find the right frame for your artwork. We offer a wide choice of materials, colours and finishes, many of which are in stock. Each frame is then custom-made by hand, with an eye for detail and perfection.
From museum pieces to art on your living room wall, business interiors, or large-scale projects, every artwork deserves a frame that does justice to its character and the space it inhabits.
Modern, classic or timeless
In our framing workshop, you can choose from different styles of handmade frames. From modern to classic, from wood to gilded. Gilding a frame requires a special technique, which has hardly changed over the centuries. We have mastered this technique in great detail, allowing us to traditionally gild, silver, copper, or bronze your frame.
All lists are created in consultation with you. If desired, you can compile a list yourself in terms of colour, profile, or ornaments. However, the starting point is always to make the painting and the frame one cohesive whole.
This high quality is available in any desired style. For the preservation of precious works on paper, so-called “museum glass” is available, which protects against the majority of UV radiation.
Museum lists
Not only for domestic situations, but also for representative reception areas, galleries, the museological world, and monumental buildings, there are special applications. For example, frames in classic designs, made manually and artisanally in any desired style period.
All our framing is done using acid-free materials for the preservation of the artwork and can be fitted with UV-protective glass.
Business lists
Every workplace should have a personal character to make you feel permanently comfortable there. Wall decorations of your choice can play a role in this.
A harmonious series of well-chosen and well-maintained framed works also contributes to the impression your office, conference room, consulting room, or waiting area makes on your guests or clients.
Project lists
G&G LijstenAtelier has many years of experience providing art and decorations for major hotel chains, office interior designers, and cruise ship interior builders.
It is possible to decorate hotels, holiday parks, waiting or retail areas in collaboration with architects or interior designers, in line with your corporate identity or brand colours. Frames can be created in consultation to seamlessly match the rest of the interior.
